Annual Wellness Visits

PCI’s unique approach to the Annual Wellness Visit (AWV) for Medicare patients allows primary care clinics to increase revenue, gather patient trending data, and provide preventive medicine.

CMS allows each Medicare beneficiary to receive an Annual Wellness Visit. This data-gathering visit takes about 30 minutes and allows nursing staff to collect data trends to be used in predictive/preventive medicine. This can ultimately reduce the number of hospitalizations, re-admissions, adverse drug reactions and unnecessary emergency room visits as well as decrease overall patient costs.

PCI offers a turnkey approach to the AWV program.  This package includes gathering/sorting patient data, scheduling the visits, performing the visits and finally providing the practice the predictive/preventive data for each patient.
